I. General principles
MFILE is a training website owned by MFILE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
Students are individual (s) who have enrolled, paid (or attend the free English courses organized by MFILE).
II. General rules
The following terms are construed as follows:
Courses: Is a collection of Multimedia Lectures or Online or live Lectures following a certain topic.
Tuition Fee: is the amount the student must pay to participate in 01 (one) course.
Instructors: Those who have experience and expertise corresponding to the content of each Course, who assist Students in solving problems related to the Course and who are responsible for the quality of the Course.
III. Course registration process
When wishing to participate in a course posted on the website, customers can contact hotline for advice on qualifications, characteristics and outputs of course. In addition, customers can choose “Register” to register for the current Courses.
After registration, MFILE will send schedule and payment information via the email address provided by the customer. The customer becomes a student and participates in the course registered with MFILE.
IV. The process of funds from donors
When wishing to fund scholarship for free English classes, please visit the Donor Page in the website for further details and go to the Register page to register, we will be in contact in the shortest time.
V. Secure transactions
Students and website visitors are not allowed to use any programs, tools or any other form to interfere with the system or alter the data structure or any other information on the webiste.
It is strictly forbidden to distribute, propagate or promote any activity aimed at interfering with, destroying or infiltrating the website system. All violations will be handled in accordance with the Regulations and the law.
All transaction information is confidential, except when it is required to provide by relevant authorities.
VI. Manage bad information
Students are strictly prohibited from performing one of the following actions:
Using any tool or method to interfere with services, courses, and sponsorship information in the MFILE system;
Distributing or promoting propaganda activities to distribute, intervene and destroy the content of lessons on the MFILE system to the outside. All violations when detected will be handled in accordance with the law on copyright infringement;
Insult, ridicule others in any form: disparaging, discriminating against religion, sex, ethnicity ..;
The act of impersonating or intentionally making other people think that you are a donor campaigner in the MFILE system;
Discussing about political issues, religious discrimination, and ethnic discrimination;
Behaviors, attitudes that damage the reputation of products, services or courses in the MFILE system in any form or mode;
Impersonating MFILE affects the prestige of MFILE, causing confusion for students and partners by any method (using email address, website domain name, fanpage with the word MFILE ..);
When detecting the above acts, MFILE has the right to use the information provided by you when registering for the account to transfer to the authorities for handling in accordance with the law.
VII. Rights and responsibilities of the Board of Directors
1. Rights of the Management Board
Students are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information. In case there are grounds to prove that the student provided inaccurate, false, incomplete information or violate the laws or fine customs of Vietnam, the Board of Directors has the right to refuse, suspend or postpone the right to participate in the Course of the Student.
Suspension of publishing a Course, editing or deleting Course content if the Administration finds that the Course contains content that violates the law, infringes intellectual property rights, infringes the honor and dignity of other people.
2. Responsibility of the Management Board
Ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of information on Courses posted on the website.
Provide information about their business situation at the request of a competent state agency to serve e-commerce statistics.
Comply with regulations of law on payment, advertising, promotion, protection of intellectual property rights, protection of consumers’ interests and other relevant laws when selling goods or providing service.
Fully and strictly comply with the policies and regulations posted on the website.
VIII. Rights and Responsibilities of Students
1. Rights of Students
Participate in Free / Paid Courses on the website.
Enjoy preferential policies at each time and for each Course. The preferential policy will be posted directly on the website homepage and other information channels.
Contribute ideas to the Board of Directors during the use of the website.. recommend or send request to the Board. All questions of students will be answered in detail.
Other rights are publicly posted on the website.
2. Responsibility of Students
Manage your personal information by yourself and take responsibility for all activities under your registered name, password and email when dealing with MFILE. Students are responsible for promptly informing the Administration of any actions or signs of unauthorized use of the account.
Absolutely not use any programs, tools or any other form to interfere with MFILE courses. When detected, students will have their accounts deleted and can be handled in accordance with the law.
It is strictly forbidden to distribute the content of lessons on MFILE’s system to the outside. All violations when detected will be handled in accordance with the law on copyright infringement.
Do not use the Course and services on the website for illegal purposes, fraud, information exploration, destruction of property, infiltration to damage the system.
Do not have any behaviors or attitudes that harm the prestige of products, services or courses in the MFILE system in any way.
It is absolutely forbidden to propagate, sabotage and misrepresent the government, political institutions, and policies of the government… If detected, students will be fully responsible before the law.
VIII. Terms apply
Policies and regulations are in effect from the time they are posted on the website by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has the right to adjust and change the content of the Policies / Regulations to suit the actual operation and is responsible for informing the Student before applying it by posting on the website.
The Student’s use of the Course on the website always means that the Student has agreed to and complies with the MFILE Policies / Regulations.
